  Extremely POOR experience.
  When I first contacted them I was advised that someone would phone me for an appointment to come over and quote for the work - and then do it at the same time if I wanted to go ahead. This appointment was arranged but I was phoned again to ask if someone could come on an earlier date. This was fine by me and a time was arranged.
  However, when the "operative" arrived he could only quote me for the work (£350) and that his office would contact me later for a time and date to actually do it. Again that was fine by me.
  However, when the "office" called me they wanted a 50% deposit over the phone - which of course I refused.
  When I book a service I expect to pay for it once I've actually received it and NOT 50% UP FRONT.
  Good luck with that business model ECS!
